We hold a range of garments in our store in Birmingham. You are more than welcome to come in store and try them on at any time. We do only hold certain ranges in stock which are our main lines so if it is a specific item from our full catalogue we may not have that in store. Please call us so we can confirm before you call into the shop. 

Yes we have a large car park to the right of the building as you are looking at it. 

We would ask you to send all of the artwork or the information that you want.  We would need to know sizes, colours and quantities for garments so that we can give you an accurate quote. 

There are three ways, you can visit our Birmingham store, you can call us or you can email us with the information.

Payment can be made in store via credit card or cash. Alternatively you can make a Bacs transfer straight into our account. We will send you and invoice with all of our details if this is the method you are using. 

No, on most of our garment printing you can have 1 item. The only exception is when we are Screen Printing, this method has a minimum of 50+ items. Gifts can be all one off prints or embroidery. All of the large format printing can be done as on offs as well. Most stationery has a minimum order which is specific to each item. Please call staff to find out the specifics on the item you are looking at. 

Yes we do. We would need to know what you are ordering and what we are printing, quantities and any other variables. If you can email over all of the information then we will give you an accurate quote for the quantity you need. 

The best way is to email us the artwork or images that you have to our email address, info@printigo.com. If you can’t do this then you can always Bluetooth the images or logo over to us in store. 

Yes of course you can. Our staff will always be happy to help and discuss your order. 

Yes you can. We will produce your order for collection unless you state that you would like postage when you order the items.  

Yes we can deliver your items. If you are local to our Birmingham store we maybe able to deliver straight to you, otherwise we can use a courier service and have them shipped out to you without a problem. 

We do offer an express service on most items. Garment printing, large format printing and gifts are all done in house so we can offer an express service on these items. The other items need to be checked at the time of order as the production time can vary dependant on our suppliers. 

We will give you a day that your order will be ready to collect from when you place the order. This will normal be collection from 4pm on that day as we produce the item on that specific day. If we are able to we will try and call you if we have produced it sooner than stated. 

For printed garments you are looking at 4-7 working days, in our busier times this will be closer to the 7 days. For embroidery it is 1 week. Screen print is two weeks from confirmation of the artwork. Stationery printing is roughly 1 week from confirmation of the artwork but does depend on the specific product. Large format printing and Gifts are 3-5 working days from the order and paper printing either whilst you wait if it is just one document or 1-2 days for larger orders. 

If you would like to see what it will look like before it goes into production we can send you a proof/mock up. This will have the layout and be fairly accurate to how the finished product will look.
