Turnaround Times
Garment Printing
Our print orders are turned around within 3 to 7 working days, this is for a vinyl or a transfer print. These processes are done in-house by our team and are great for small one-off items or for larger orders. We do offer an express service which means we can produce your goods sooner if required. Ask staff for more information.
Embroidery is also done in-house, but the turnaround time is usually 1 week from placement of the order and confirmation of an artwork approval if needed. This timescale can be altered if needed and we are able to do so. Please talk to the staff member when ordering and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
Screen printing is usually a 2-week turnaround from confirmation of the artwork. This process is normally for the larger orders, 50+.
Stationery Printing
Most of the stationery printing will be 1-week turnaround from you confirming the artwork. This will be then sent to print and from that point you are not able to change any information. These will then arrive back in store for you to collect at your earliest convenience. If you need the delivered to a specific address, please let us know wand we can get them sent there for you.
Paper Printing
We offer paper printing, from one print out to hundreds, black and white or full colour, single sided or double sided, on different thicknesses of paper, 90gsm standard paper, 160gsm card and thicker 250gsm card. All the prints have a white boarder around the edge of the paper of 5mm as the printed does not print right to the edge.
Scanning
We can scan and print one single document or a larger document. Alternatively, we can just scan and save the file onto a memory stick or email it over to you. All of this can be done in-store when you come in.
Large Format Printing
On the larger items we print these in-house, so we have a turnaround time of 3-7 working days. If you do need them sooner, please call us and we will advise you a turnaround time and if we can get them produced sooner for you.
Gifts
All of our gifts are made in-house by our production team. The normal turnaround times are 3-5 working days, apart from any item that has embroidery upon it. We produce Mugs, Bears, Coasters, Table Mats, Jigsaws, Cushions, Mouse Mats and Tote Bags.
